By now you have probably become pretty comfortable with the fuel system. It would be nice to know if you made any changes to the ferry system to facilitate your comfort level.

I still believe that the flow of ferry fuel at slightly over 100 gallons an hour can be compared with the flow of fuel into a tank at 50 psi and probably somewhere around 600 gallons an hour or more.

I am glad that your airplane is performing good and the ferry system has been working well for you.

You might consider fuel contaminates from fueling in remote locations that could cause the same problem. The only cure you can do to avoid the previous spill problem is to arrive with less than 50 gallons in each main tank.

Have a good trip.

Fred
